ICR “RE-CREATIONAL” BLOG HOP!

Hello crafters!!!

ICR turns a YEAR OLDER tomorrow….. :)



We are having considerably a BIG BLOG HOP termed as “Re-Creational” Blog Hop! And this is to celebrate all our GUEST DESIGNERS at Indian Craft Room for the year 2011…. YAY!

We are RE-CREATING the MAGIC that paved our way to being the Guest Designers for tLinkhe respective challenges on ICR for the year 2011….

I have made it to top 3 n selected as GDT for challenge#11,where the theme is Easel card+basic shapes.You can see the original card HERE.Now here is my take on the same theme,i have tried quiet a regular easel card due to time constraint,otherwise i would really love to create the same card which is one my favorite.

I have used lilli of the valley stamps for the first time,which is going to be my new addiction.Papers are from echo park,spellbinders n doohickey dies,ms monarch butterfly punch and mulberry flowers have been used in this card




Challenges entered:
Aud Sentiments Challenge - Include a sentiment with "Happy" in it
DYSU-Distressing
Crop Stop - Include at least 3 flowers
Crafts and Me - shades of spring
Delightful Challenges - 1E, SIO - Use patterned paper

Congrats on being a GD, your easel card is just worth it!
The first glimpse of your Easel card made for the Blog Hop gives a refreshing sight. The butterfly punch, the mulberry flowers, the lovely swirls, all together gives such a lovely look to the card. I liked the color combo too :)
