Cut the card stock scraps in different widths.

Take a base card stock,apply glue n stick the strips one by one in different color n widths.

Allow it to dry for 15 mins n then die cut your desired shapes.There are more ways to achieve different effects with this techniques,will post a detailed tutorial soon in my tutorial blog.
